Try a Chapter Book Tag: Romance

Romance novels are on the rise at the moment, I've been seeing a lot of romance recommendations on Booktube and book sites. Contemporary romance is not my go to genre anymore but when I used to read romances I usually gravitate towards authors like; Susan Donovan, Lori Foster, Victotia Dahl, Donna Kauffman and Julia Quinn just to name a few. I also love the book covers of newer romances, the colorful covers are vey enticing especially for new romance readers who may be put off by a more racy book cover. I think that's a good marketing strategy. I know some people have a different idea regarding that so let me know what you think and comment below. I have gathered 10 romance books that looks good and interesting to me and decided to do a try a chapter tag. Check out the results below also let me know if you liked some of the books that I decided not to read. 😊 The Kiss Quotient ❌ BUY I am already skeptical of the premise of the pretend relationship trope but the power dy

My Reading Rush TBR + Recommendations from my shelf

This is my first time to join a reading marathon. I enjoy watching readathon vlogs so I decided to join in the Reading Rush . I’ve been reading and contributing to the forums and thought it would be interesting to post some of my recommendations here and later on an update on how well or poor I did on the challenges. I decided to only recommend books that I already own and are in my TBR shelf or books that I have enjoyed reading. I will choose 2 to 3 books that I have really enjoyed and the other half is from my TBR shelf, I will also try to recommend shorter books. My Reading Rush TBR 1. Purple cover. The Devouring Gray I am already planning to read this and it just happen to fit the first prompt. I love the premise, I like reading paranormal books with an eerie and foreboding atmosphere. The story revolves around a town in the center of a forest and four founding families who protects the town from a monster. Other Books you might like: Walk Two Moons , 280 pages. This is one

Mid Year Freak Out Book Tag! 2019

It's fun to watch this tag in booktube so I thought to make one myself. I did not include some of the questions that I did not have answer to like book crushes, sadly I don't have any or books that made me sad or happy. I've only read a few up to early July because I was busy with my wedding prep up until April (oh excuses, excuses) but I am hopeful that I will read more on the second half of the year. 1. Best book you’ve read so far in 2019 Wundersmith, The Calling of Morrigan Crow by Jessica Townsend. I gave this book 4 stars, I don't have any 5 star reads yet and this is one of the 4 star books I have read this year. Wundersmith is the second installment of Nevermoor, if you liked the first book then you would definitely like this one better. I was very excited to know more about the world and the academy and the Wundersmith society and I got all of the that and more. I just love Morrigan, Hawthorne and Jack's friendship even Cadence is growing on me
