All the Books I’ve read in 2018 Part III

Melissa Albert The Hazel Wood (The Hazel Wood, #1) 2018 Rating, I love the premise, Alice's mother was kidnapped and she thinks her grandmother who lives in the Hazel Wood has the answer but what she is about to find out will turn her life around. It's definitely not what I expect the story will be however I did like it and reminds me a bit of the Wayward children series and the Magic or madness series. The plot for the past or the flashbacks are much more interesting than the present, I almost wish for this to be a histo...

Current Book Obsessions: What I'm Reading Now

The Outsider by Stephen King
When an eleven-year-old boy's lifeless body is discovered, all evidence points to Terry Maitland, a well respected member of the community. Detective Ralph Anderson leads a swift and public arrest, confident in their seemingly ironclad case. However, as the investigation deepens, shocking secrets come to light, leaving readers on the edge of their seats. King's masterful storytelling builds intense tension and suspense, forcing us to question whether Terry Maitland is truly who he seems to be. This compelling and unsettling novel showcases King at his best, keeping readers enthralled until the very end.
